I've been in telecom for over 15 years. Messy infrastructure, complex provisioning, customer issues that don't fit in neat boxes — that's most of the job, and I've learned to like it.

Most of my time was at Tele-Dynamics, where I went from customer support to running operations over nearly 13 years. Now I'm at TeleCloud as Operations Manager, focused on making operations smarter with AI and automation.

I specialize in simplifying complex systems. Sometimes that's a better process, sometimes it's a new tool, sometimes it's just getting into the details until something makes sense. I'm constantly learning, especially in AI and automation.

Ran operations end-to-end. Oversaw infrastructure, provisioning, and customer delivery. Led projects that simplified complex systems and improved service reliability.

Moved into engineering, designing and managing VoIP infrastructure, SIP trunking, and network architecture. This is where I got deep into the technical side of telecom — call routing, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
