I've been in telecom for over 15 years. Messy infrastructure, complex provisioning, customer issues that don't fit in neat boxes — that's most of the job, and I've learned to like it.
Most of my time was at Tele-Dynamics, where I went from customer support to running operations over nearly 13 years. Now I'm at TeleCloud as Operations Manager, focused on making operations smarter with AI and automation.
I specialize in simplifying complex systems. Sometimes that's a better process, sometimes it's a new tool, sometimes it's just getting into the details until something makes sense. I'm constantly learning, especially in AI and automation.
